After-sales Policy：
Please carefully inspect your package within 48 hours after receipt. If the goods are damaged, missing or shipped incorrectly, please provide us with clear photos or videos.
Custom items and second-hand goods cannot be returned due to personal preference.
If the package is detained by customs, we can assist in providing relevant documents. Customs delays, tariffs and customs rejection are beyond our control.
For issues caused by us, we will arrange reshipment or compensation. Refunds will only be processed upon mutual agreement.
